We accept Visa, MasterCard and Interac for website orders. We also accept Canadian certified checks and money orders subject to bank clearance and international electronic bank transfers. Contact us at spiritsofthecreek@shaw.ca for bank information and Swift transfer numbers.
Shipping
Information:
All Internet retail orders will be shipped Free of Charge within Canada and the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) using standard mail service **. Larger items such as multiple magnetic supports or mattress pads will be charged actual shipping costs. Shipping time is approx. 2-4 weeks. Expedited or rush shipping is available at actual shipping costs. Please put a note in the notes section to arrange a rush shipment. Xpresspost cost is approx. $10.00 – $15.00 with a shipping time of approx. 4-5 days for Canada. International orders are charged actual shipping costs. Shipping times vary. ** A $5.00 handling fee is applied to all standard orders. Damaged
Shipments:
Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is noticeable, have the Delivery Agent make note of the condition and file a claim. Open your order immediately and confirm contents against your invoice. DO NOT dispose of the shipping container(s). Keep for future inspections. Damaged or missing product claims must be filed within five (5) days. Photos of the damage and a copy of the damage claim filed by the delivery agent must accompany damaged or missing product claims. We will advise you how to proceed. Refused
Shipments:
DO NOT refuse shipments as this results in unnecessary charges. Accept the shipment and contact us at spiritsofthecreek@shaw.ca for assistance. All refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all applicable shipping fees before refunds are processed. Warranty Claims and Returns:Warranty:
All
merchandise has a 30-day replacement guarantee for manufacturers defects. Credit
will not be given for returned merchandise that has been altered, marked or
abused. Defective items along with a written explanation and copy of invoice
should be sent prepaid to us for adjustment or replacement. Warranty claims must
be post-marked within the thirty (30) day warranty period to qualify for
replacement. Returns:
# A return authorization number must be obtained from us before shipping and is only valid for fourteen (14) days from issue date. Shipped items must be post-marked within fourteen (14) days of the issue date or the package will be refused. # The authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of each package. If it is not visible, the package will be refused. # Returned items must be prepaid and sent by Canada or Us Post. International customers see below. We suggest you purchase insurance for your own protection. No returns are accepted freight collect or COD. # Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault, provided you contact us within five (5) days from receipt of merchandise. # Returns for which the customer ordered incorrectly or any other reason will be refunded the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee, shipping and handling. # Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is in new condition. Damaged, soiled, worn out or abused items are not eligible for refunds.
